The Office of Financial Management is the main unit supporting teaching and learning activities and providing services for students, faculty members, staff and other units including both internal and external organizations. In order to make it appropriate for administration, the management structure has been adjusted in the following order:1969 – Under the name “Financial Department”, it was established together with the establishment of the University.
Finance Services
We provide services related to registration fee payments, payment methods, student refunds, and revenues submission for faculty and departmental projects, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes for students and faculty/department.
Accounting Services
We provide services related to scheduling billing and payment dates, as well as payment methods, for disbursements to faculties/units within the University and to external companies/venders. These services are designed to ensure accuracy and promptness in all transactions.
Budgeting Services
We provided the service for prepare and formulate ASAP / Disbursement and check the account balance on the Web E-Budget platform which Academic and Support Units can work and access to the aforementioned system via link: https://fn-web.au.edu
